Service Fees:
There is no cost to you for my services of placement into an Adult family home. Adult family home placement fees are paid by the provider of the AFH, and not the client. It is customary for the provider of the AFH to pay the placement fee to the placement coordinator , at least 50% up to one month's rent for a placement. We are currently billing at 50% of the first month's rent. You will not be responsible for billing for these fees. This fee includes the time that I spend with your family member in helping you with your selection for your loved one , including visiting the various homes, and a follow up visit to necessitate a successful placement.
These services are not currently covered by Medicare or private insurance at this time. You should consult with your tax advisor to see if any of these expenses are tax deductible.
All charges for registered nurse Adult Family home assessments are the responsibility of the patient and or family member. These are payable in cash or by check made out to Aging Care Consulting, Inc. These fees are negotiated with the nurse assessor. This determination will be made base on the individual's complexity of care and the time required to process this extensive assessment as required by Washington state law. You may expect to pay a starting assessment rate of 325.00 and up per assessment.
All other consultation services will be payable upon completion. These are billed at an hourly rate. Please call for a free consultation ,and to check Registered Nurse Consultation Fees, during normal operating business hours (206)-313-5564.
